Lana Cantrell II

Here is another song by the great Lana Cantrell (onced believed to have been Liza Minnelli's lover!). It is the theme of the film "The Sand Pebbles" of 1966. Her rendition of this theme (sung by many singers: Shirley Bassey, Kate Smith, Matt Monro, Jack Jones, Andy Williams, etc.) is for me the best. The final image is from the Ed Sullivan show in 1960.
